Abstract

Robotic process automation RPA involves the use of software robots to automate routine tasks that were traditionally performed by human workers. In the telecom sector, these tasks often include data entry, invoicing, order processing, and customer service operations. RPA in telecom has emerged as a game changing solution, enabling telecom companies to automate repetitive tasks, reduce operational costs, and improve service efficiency. At the most basic level, RPA automates simple data entry tasks that the telecom industry abounds in. RPA allows telecom companies to focus more on innovation and less on manual labor. This automation leads to improved efficiency, lower operational costs, streamlined billing processes, accurate billing, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
