Abstract
With an increase in feed hull?less oats in the liver of carp increased content of fatty acids. Particularly in the liver of carp grows in saturated fatty acids with an even number of carbon atoms in the chain and polyunsaturated fatty acids families ω?3 and ω?6. Along with the increasing number hull?less oats in the grain mixes in carp liver increases the intensity changes of linoleic and linolenic acids of total lipids in them more and more long?chain unsaturated derivatives.
