Abstract
In the liver two-year grass carp, which were grown in ponds with landscaped fodder in places that restrict their access to artificial feed, the marked trend towards a higher content of fatty acids of total lipids, which is manifested mainly by a family of polyunsaturated fatty acids n-3. They found higher content ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids family n-3 to the polyunsaturated fatty acids family n-6.
