HAIN FATTY ACIDS CONCENTRATION IN THE CARPS LIVER AND CARCASS MUSCLE UNDER INFLUENCING OF EXTRACT OF ECHINACEA PURPUREA

Abstract

In the carps liver, whom near starch paste in addition per os brought different doses alcoholic extract of echinacea purpurea at main increase concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acid n?3 and n?6 family. Increase concentration saturated, mono unsaturated fatty acid n?7 and n?9 family and polyunsaturated fatty acid n?3 and n?6 family in the carcass muscle. Concentration higher fatty acids of total lipids in the carps liver and carcass muscle was the most higher at carps, whom brought per os 0.5 ml. alcoholic extract of echinacea purpurea at kg living masses.
