Abstract
Analysis of genetic structure at various breeds and hybrid groups of carp was carry out. Most informative for discovering of intergroup variations were malatdegidrogenaza and 6-phosphoglukonatdegidrogenaza enzymes and locus of transferrin. The polymorphism value of these systems are may promote the objective control of imbreeding power of the fish groups and also the modification of genetic structure in generations and in various breeding conditions.
