Abstract
It is stated, that a nourishment makes an impact on the content of free amino-acid in the organism of the examined fish. Depending on the nourishment of the given species of fish the amino acids that belong to aliphatic and cyclic groups prevailed in their muscles. Absence of free tryptophan in the muscular tissue of all examined fish during the summer period indicates that the feed base was maximum possible for both the predatory fish as well as for benthophage.
