Abstract
Increased intake of nonesterified forms of linoleic and linolenic acids in organism of carp along with oils and fusas contributes to more effective conversion of them in the liver into the more high-molecular and more unsaturated metabolites of n-6 (eicosatrienic and eicosatetraeni-carachidonic acids) and n-3 (eicosapentaenic, docosadienic, docosatrienic, docosapentaenic and docosahexaenic acids) kind respectively.
