This article discusses the basic directions and mechanisms of modernization continuous pedagogical education in the university. It shows a regional approach to the optimization of the system of education and legal support; vocational training and retraining of teachers and of the teaching staff. Presented the main provisions of the concept of continuous pedagogical education in Federal University from a regional perspective.
