The formation of an arbitrary structuring as a central psychological neoplasms of primary school age. The study was based on the theory of cultural-historical psychology of L. S. Vygotsky. According to the results of the studies there were allocated 5 groups of children with different psychological age groups, based on psychological skills arbitrary structure
