Abstract
In this article analyzes the development of the concept of sustainable devel-opment, from the paradigm of sustainable development, to the paradigm of sustainable human development. The article applied an integrated approach, where the object of study ? the gender issue is addressed in the framework of international relations and the case of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Special analysis have been three goals and five of the Millenium Development Goals, which highlights the achievement of gender equality and maternal mortality
