Концепция исторического процесса: аттракторы человеческой истории

In the article the development of a concept of the historical process as a unity of deter- mination and free will is continued. Attractors of the history of the mankind are revealed and conditionality of human activity with their influence are considered. Through the insights of interaction of attractors of history with the human free will the phase sequence of order and chaos of the historical process is shown
