The current tendencies of bankruptcy in Ukraine and the ways of insolvent companies' sanitation

The article gives the main rates which characterize current financial state of companies in Ukraine. The actual tendencies of bankruptcy of domestic economic subjects are outlined; the complex of sanitation measures is proved. The essential components of financial, organizational and economic sanitation are defined. The necessity of integrated approach to anti-crisis management and sanitation of companies is stressed. The main principles of bankrupt companies’ sanitation concerning their real financial state and economic specifics are formulated.
