This article deals questions connected with study of structure personality values in the process of social transformation. Principal attention is paid to changes of value orientations in the context of transfor-mation from a traditional society to an industrial one and from an industrial society to post-industrial. Also this work presents main characteristics of traditional, modern and post-modern values
