The Relation Between An Understanding Of Muslim Brotherhood Concept And Social Solidarity In Islamic Community At Suburban Area Case Study At Palasari Cibiru Bandung 2011

Abstract This study aims to find out how the relationship between an understanding of Palasari public to Islamic brotherhood concept and social solidarity among them. One of the most dominant value underlying all the activities of a society is religion or belief system. Palasari Village is one form of society which can be regarded as sub urban Muslim community because in addition to the majority of the population are Muslims also geographically located at Cibiru Bandung City. The method used is a case study with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the Palasari publics understanding of islamic brotherhood concept not related to social tos solidarity among them.
