Abstract
Abstract This study investigates the vibration of Al-7075 material during the drilling process by CNC milling machine using TIN covered drilling bit. A triaxial acceleration sensor is used for vibration tests. Drilling processes are made on same block for two different rate of feed five different number of revolution and without cooling liquid. The same series drilling bits are used in the course of each drilling processes. Vibration values which occur during the drilling process under different conditions are investigated and optimum vibration values are determined as 100 mmmin rate of feed and 1250 revmin.
