Abstract

The paper investigates the regulation and selection strategies of changes in the level of motivation of personnel considering the life cycle of engineering enterprises. In accordance with this, from the proposed strategies are constructed "a strategic grid", that offers various directions of impact on the motivation of the staff. Proposed some mechanisms of labor motivation within each strategy, that have a standard set of tools, and which can vary depending on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the labor potential, the specifics of industrial activity or a particular engineering enterprise
