The Value of principles of subsidiariti in keeping democracy

The principles of subsidiarity in compliance with democratik countries signatories of the European Convention on Human Rights are studies. Legal essence of this princsple has been found by studying the practice of the European Court of Human Rights during its review of cases related to information rights and Human Rights. Opinion of the Court judges on the importance of this principle is studitd in keeping democracy and its reverse effect on national proceedings. The article analyzes effect of the principle of subsidiarity to democracy in the countries participating in the Cjnvention. Evolutionary change is noticed in this principle caused the present requirements that must be considered domestic courts in the practice.
