Региональный аспект организации туристско-рекреационной деятельности в Ростовской области

The article is devoted to the analysis of prospects of improvement of a recreational subsystem in a services sector of the Rostov region. The author pays attention to regional specifi cs of the problems which are on the way of a sustainable development of tourism and the most effective ways of their overcoming. In his opinion, the most actual directions of the organization of tourist and recreational activity in the Rostov region are: (1) a long-term planning in combination with a cluster approach; (2) the policy of demonopolization in the sphere of tourist infrastructure; (3) the restriction of any price rise on transport and utilities by means of a legal regulation; (4) the realization of capacity of small hotels and integrated approach to formation of a tourist product; (5) carrying out the actions for improvement of the ecological environment; (6) the expansion of souvenir production
