Abstract
This article presents the results of studying the interaction of biomorphic ceramics based on silicon carbide with bone tissue in the experiment by scanning electron microscopy. This material was developed at the Institute of Semiconductor Physics VE Lashkaryov NAS by silicon infiltration "channel" carbon matrix, which is produced by the pyrolysis (charring) of various types of wood. To achieve this goal in the experiment 20 rats underwent implantation of laboratory samples of the test material in the lower jaw bone. Animals were removed from the experiment in terms of 7, 30 and 90 days after the start of the experiment, followed by investigation of the surface of the material and the zones of contact with bone tissue. Based on these results, it was found that the studied ceramics microarchitectonics promotes the processes of reparative osteogenesis by providing conditions for colonization kletkok live on the surface of the material. The possibility of coexistence of bone contact and implant of biomorphic silicon carbide with no signs of rejection or its delimitation. In analyzing the results of the contact portion SEM biomorphic silicon carbide with bone tissue revealed adaptation and bone restructuring in the presence of silicon carbide and its germination pore in a material with close fit to the surface.
