Abstract
Application of positron spectroscopy method for research of structural defects in titan-germany alloys system is discussed. Defects are created by charged particles radiation. Positrons are sensitive to radiation defects because of influencing on electronic structure of metals. Knowing behavior of positrons and annihilation parameters changing, it is possible to trace and predict evolution of structural violations. Such information is extremely important both for fundamental problems of education and accumulation of radiation defects, and for development of recommendations for their practical use.
