Soundly the historical aspects of forming of healthy way of life are illuminated in the article. Opened activity of world community opens up in relation to the search of ways of improvement of public and individual health. Efficiency and financial viability of maintenance of health are shown by forming of healthy way of life. Experience is analysed most successful European countries at decision of conceptual ambushs of healthy way of life. The stages of modern history of forming of healthy way of life are distinguished. It was found that the most urgent and priority directions of development and implementation of programs to promote healthy lifestyle should include training, support to youth projects, dissemination and improvement of information and educational programs.
