Abstract
The frequency distribution in case of low is not uniformly distributed or scattered in case of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. This distraction will cause unutilized spectrum. If the spectrum is not utilized properly the efficienc y of spectrum usage is low. This arises the need of Cognitive Radio Systems synchronization. There are two way to achieve this synchronization one is to achieve it by iterative method but tracking at extraneous and inner unutilized limit can be the drawbac k of this method. By the constant synchronization the use of balanced spectrum will provide better and efficient utilization of the spectrum. In this paper we have control the misutilization by controlling the bit error rate (BER) and spectrum frequency wa s kept to be constant. This approach shows the efficiency by the results discussed in this paper.
