The Study of Entrepreneurial Performance With Entrepreneurial Leadership and Organizational Learning Capability as Antecedent Variables in East Java Higher Education, Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to test a model of entrepreneurial performance to be applied to the college setting. The approach used in this study is the theory confirmatory ana¬lysis. This analysis aims to confirm theories or hypotheses. The statistical test used is Struc¬tural Equation Modeling. Accredited A or B undergraduate program at universities in East Java as the analysis unit amounted to 584 which is the total population. This study used purposive sampling method. Lecturers of entre¬pre¬neur¬¬ship programs defined as res¬pon¬dents. The amount of research ques¬tion¬na¬ir¬es collected are 185 and six declared invalid. Of the 179 valid respondents are clus¬tered into 107 programs. The results of the structural model analysis show the in¬flu¬ence of entre¬pre¬neurial leadership on or¬ganizational learning capability, en¬¬trepreneurial leadership on en¬tre¬preneurial perform¬ance, and organizational learn¬ing capability on entrepreneurial performance are in po¬sitive direction. Through the value of the square multiple correlations can be seen that 58.3% le¬vel of organizational learning capability is influenced by the level of en¬tre¬pre¬neu¬rial leader¬ship; 93.8% level of entrepreneurial performance is influenced by the level of entrepreneurial leadership and organizational learning capabi¬li¬ty, while the rest is determined by other factors not examined. Entrepreneurial lea¬der¬ship has a signi¬fi¬cant influence on entrepreneurial performance, as a mediator variable organizational learning capability was excluded from the analysis model. The ef¬fect of entrepreneurial leadership on entre¬pre¬neu¬rial performance is des¬cribed par¬tial mediation effect of organizational creativity. The effect of entre¬pre¬neu¬rial leadership on en-trepreneurial performance is described through partial me¬diation effect of organi¬za¬tional learning capabi¬li¬ty.
