Localized ileus (large bowel) causes short-term reflectory vomiting for 1-2 times. The research goal is the improvement of treatment results of pregnant women by means of single-plane surgery. Scientific novelty includes the development of technical approach and order of single-plane surgery of abdominal space and small pelvis of pregnant women. The authors prove the safety and advisability of single-plane surgery for pregnant women with combined surgical pathology.
