Abstract
The article deals with the rare disease among children ? Crohn's disease. A connection is traced between histocom-patibility system HLA and Crohn's disease, at which DR1 and DRw5 locuses are often detected. Prognosis is unfavor-able for health; life depends on the index of severity, character of disease and complications. Long-term clinical re-mission is possible. There are two cases of this impairment on record in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The last medical case was recorded in 2014. The difficulty of diagnosing is caused by the variability of disease clinical picture.
