Abstract
Medication errors lead to increase in length of hospital stay and increase in hospital expenses. They can also result in harm for patients. Control of medication prescriptions by pharmacist is an obligatory requirement of international standards for accreditation, which helps to discover medication errors timely and improve doctors’ knowledge in medication management.
