District of Delvina lies in a very favorable geographical position and also in a rich territory with a lot of natural and cultural potentials. We can say with no doubt that the nature is affluent. But there are a lot of problems associated to the use of the environment that has an impact on people’s lives, in their economic status and theirs social life too. What impresses us mostly is lack of exploitation and ill-treatment of environment. It is clearly seen in the inconsistency between social- economic life and natural resources.
