Abstract
Churg - Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a rare primary, non - inheritable, non - transmissible systemic disease, which occurs in patient with history of bronchial asthma. CSS is an eosinophil - associated, small vessel granulomatous vasculitis, characterized by late onset asthma, upper airway disease, eosinophilia, and clinical manifestations of systemic vasculitis. We report a rare case of Churg - Strauss syndrome. A 48 - year - old male diagnosed case of bronchial asthma pr esented with history of progressive dyspnoea, fever, productive cough. He resp onds rapidly to corticosteroids
