Abstract
The Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) is a region in Northern Europe. These countries form the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea. The goal of this article is to analyse the working efficiency, or labour productivity, of the Baltic States before and after the economic crisis and to compare them on the European Union (EU) level. A number of proposals to increase labour productivity for both workers and entrepreneurs have been listed in the summary.
