Abstract
Hematomas in upper aerodigestive tract are not so uncommon especially in cardiologic patients. Normally it can be seen after trauma in cases without comorbid diseases. Sponatenous hematoma is a rare clinical condition that needs detailed evaluation especially for hematologic and immunologic disorders. We describe a case with spontaneus uvula hematoma. We describe a case with spontaneus uvula hematoma, no history of trauma and anticoagulant therapy. We also discuss management strategies. This case appears to be first in the English-language literature with these findings
