Abstract
This paper examines the impact of secondary tungsten alloying on the morphology and chemical composition of the carbide phase tool steel for hot working 3X2B8Ф. Similar results were found for experimental and base steel grades. Prescribed were recommendations for replacement ferro-tungsten with experimental ligatures, enabling a significant economic effect
