Abstract
Investigated were the trends, having influence on the process of distribution of export traffics of goods of domestic enterprises. The parameters of estimation of service of logistic mediator were also investigated. The problem of determining the most qualified employee of the company proxy is formalized. The settlement of choosing the most qualified person on the basis of expert assessment of the integral index of the level of qualification was proposed
