Abstract
Many researchers give attention to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) because it has solutions for short range communications. However, there still are many challenging issues which must be resolved before applying to the environment. Therefore, this paper propose an enhanced discovery mechanism for BLE device in order to avoid collisions during advertisement period. We adopt carrier sensing to BLE device as the advertiser. Thereby, the proposed scheme can achieve lower latency as well as energy consumption and establish effect by analyzing and simulating the methods.
