Abstract
ABSTRACT one amongst the important planning issues in distributed computing surroundings is load leveling on a cluster of replicated servers that face a relentless pressure of multiplied network traffic and various load levels. The key issue in server load leveling in a very DCS is to pick out a good load leveling theme to distribute clients’ requests to the servers. during this paper, we've got investigated the matter of server load leveling and evaluated varied server load leveling policies. we've got conjointly conducted simulation study to check the performance of assorted policies.
