Abstract

The universal culture is characterized by variety of the local options creating its unique originality. East and western paradigms are the largest models, each of which contains the features. Subject of our research is the culture, which developed and has received the classical development in Central Asian nomads of the Great Steppe. We consider a semantic meaning of the concept of "culture" from the point of view of sacral (religious) culture. The sacral culture goes back to a mythological era. It is historically the first sense of culture as cult, honoring, careful preservation of the developed traditions. Sacral is sacred, sacred as the major world relation and world outlook according to which all real possesses the valuable importance. This semantic code received an manifestation in the earliest forms of culture: myth, religion, art. As the historical phenomenon of human life, this type represents sacral culture.
