Abstract

Features of changes on electrocardiograms at the children who are engaged in ice hockey of taking profound medical examination in the conditions of a medical and sports clinic are presented. Prevalence of frequent changes (good quality), connected with physical trainings and the rare (potentially dangerous) changes which haven't been connected with physical trainings at age from 5 till 18 years is considered. The purpose of work is detection of prevalence of lapses on electrocardiograms at the children who are engaged in ice hockey. The results are the state of cardiovascular system is considered in 405 (65,0%) cases, as a functional lapse (atrial rate, arrhythmia, wandering pacemaker, syndrome of early ventricular repolarization, abnormality of metabolic processes, increase of biopotentials, decrease in a voltage, alternation of ventricular complex, interatrial conduction abnormality, delay of auriculoventricular conductivity, delay of atrial conduction, infantile type), in 111 (17,8%) cases as pathology (abnormality of repolarization processes, myocardial hypertrophy of the right ventricle, extrasystole, delay of electrical systole of ventricles, syndrome of the suppressed sinoatrial node, QT syndrome, myocardisis of physical overexertion, shortening of interval of PQ, , complete right bundle branch block and the left His bundle branch, escape complex, restricted blocking, QT delay, CLC syndrome) and in 107 (17,2%) cases, as norm option.
