Hoplolaimus spp. associated with perennial ornamentals in and around Udaipur

Abstract
An intensive survey was carried out on perennial ornamentals in different localities of Udaipur district (Rajasthan) for the presence of Hoplolaimus spp. Out of 14 perennial ornamentals surveyed, Hoplolaimus spp. were found associated with rose, duranta, china rose, crape jasmine, acalypha, croton, jasmine, ficus, thuja, bougainvillea, anthurium, and oleander. No populations were recovered from palm and vietnamese plant. Maximum population of Hoplolaimus spp. was recovered from rose (106/ 200cc soil) followed by jasmine (60/ 200cc soil), crape jasmine (35/ 200cc soil).
