ANALYSES OF EDUCATION LEVEL AND HOUSING CONDITIONS OF RURAL INHABITANTS IN COMPARISON TO INHABITANTS OF TOWNS

Abstract
The paper presents analyses of inhabitants’ education and housing conditions. The level of education increased on all stages of educational system but the biggest increase was observed on the higher education level (about 7,1%). The level of education was diversified among provinces and also among cities (8,2%) and rural areas (5,7%). The features of higher education level went up around big urban agglomerations. Housing conditions were analysed comparing useful area and number of rooms in flats. In 2011 the average flat consisted of 3,83 rooms and its useful area was 72,4 m2. Comparing to 2002 the average size of inhabited flat increased, considering number of rooms for about 0,13 room and in case of average useful area for every flat for about 3,8 m2. The increase of flats did not fulfil requirements of affirmation for every family or household of own accommodation.
