Abstract
The Union State of the Russian Federation ? Republic of Belarus for effective development of the economic system uses leasing. Results of use of the leasing mechanism in world economy are shown. It is established that, thanks to effect of globalization, the leasing relations rather easily overcome borders between the countries.
