KOROLENKO STUDIES IN MODERN CONDITIONS: ABOUT CROSS-CULTURAL INTERACTION OF UKRAINE AND RUSSIA

The attempt to comprehend Korolenko studies development at the present stage is made in the article. Consideration of modern Korolenko studies is carried out in the aspect of the cross-cultural interaction which has found the embodiment in works of the Ukrainian and Russian scientists. The special attention is paid to their views on Korolenko studies development as one of the leading directions of literary process. Interference of two related cultures and literatures within the uniform literary space still actively propagandizing a creative phenomenon of V.G. Korolenko is revealed.
