ARCHETYPIC SYMBOLISM OF UKRAINIAN CUISINE IN ASPECT OF THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF CONCRETENESS OF SOCIOLOGY OF FOOD: TO PROBLEM STATEMENT

The main subject of this article is archetypic symbolism of Ukrainian cuisine in the context of structuring eating behavior as indicator of mentality of an ethnic community and sociality, as well as institutionalization of the subject field of sociology of eating behavior as branch sociological discipline. Object of research is the eating behavior. The work purpose is the characteristic of correlations between mental archetypes of Ukrainians and peculiarities of eating behavior. Creation of the working scheme of research of eating behavior with use of structuralism methodology is result of work. Novelty of research is connected with application of structuralism methodology for the analysis of culture of food and eating behavior of Ukrainians
