Improving customer service quality coal products

Abstract
Analysis of the dynamics of the main economic indicators of Ukraine's coal industry is made. The feasibility of differentiation of various categories of consumers of coal production based on the volume of their annual demand is justified. The content of the terms ?consumers of coal products? and ?customer service coal products? are refined. Forecasts of shipment of coal products large- and medium scale consumers developed using autoregression model. Areas of improvement of quality of service processes large-, medium- and small-scale wholesale consumers of coal products are offered. The components of the expected economic impact of the implementation of measures to improve customer service quality coal products are identified.
