Abstract
The methodology of complex neuropsycholinguistic research, which is concretized on patients after stroke, is highlighted in the article. The philosophy of brain, empirical, epistemological, ontological approaches, principles of brain and psychic investigation allow to reveal speech specifics of patients with different brain leisure. Moreover, the program of speech rehabilitation with considering the cognitive, emotional and motivational spheres of patients’ personality is proposed.
