Abstract
The goal of this study is to investigate students’ attitudes towards the use of smart mobile devices SMDs in the classroom in addition to exploring students’ perceptions of their learning and engagement while using SMDs. Twenty-three pre-service teachers participated in this study. The results of this study revealed that students had a neutral attitude toward the use of SMDs and they believed that the use of these smart devices had a moderately positive impact on their classroom learning and engagement.
