The article examines the distribution of the land Fund of the Nizhniy Novgorod region and the analysis of efficiency of use of agricultural land by economic entities in a mixed. The study showed that there is a reduction of agricultural land in the whole area and there is a tendency to reduction in the area of such lands and agricultural organizations and increase the citizens.
