Abstract
The innovative development of a revolutionary type on the basis of an extended range of quality products such as VTI in the life cycle changes the balance of interests of producers and consumers determines the need to rethink the processes of functional activity. The enterprise for greater focus on the coordination of interests of internal and external customers should generate management and apply them in the loop formed by the mechanism of commercialization. The mechanism in a practical sense is most often understood as a system or device that determines the order of any type of activity. Elements of the system should be the following: the methods of estimating the parameters of the environment, resources management commercialization, information about the initial level of quality control; methods and processes of application of the basic and additional control functions in the algorithm commercialization regulation mechanism based on the principles and criteria for the choice of the structure, basic and advanced management features when changing the imbalance of targets; methods of planning, evaluation and deviations of actual indicators of the quality and effectiveness of the management functions of planning.
