ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ПОДЛИННОСТИ ГРАНАТОВЫХ СОКОВ ПО АНТОЦИАНОВОМУ СОСТАВУ СЫРЬЯ

The possibility of determining the authenticity of pomegranate juice in terms of anthocyanin composition were studied by high performance liquid chromatography. The presented results of the research suggest the possibility of using this method for the detection of counterfeit products. Also, this method of comparing chromatographic profiles of anthocyanins of pomegranate juice showed that their content is reduced over time.
