МЕТОДИКА ОЦЕНКИ УРОВНЯ КАЧЕСТВА МЕХАНИЧЕСКИХ ИЗДЕЛИЙ

The article considered the interrelation of quality stages and design stages of mechanical systems taking into account the evolution of modern technology. The advisability of analyzing in detail a design phase as the initial process of providing the product quality coefficient is identified. It is noted that developer in practice often resorted to an expert estimation when solving choice problems. The methodology of mechanical products quality level estimation is based on the method of expert estimations and the purpose of improving the quality of the developed products. The proposed method is examined on the example of the automatic gripper. The algorithm of the methodology is demonstrated on the example and the result is obtained when using the proposed method. The conclusions about the advisability of using this methodology in practice are made.
