ГЕН РЕЦЕПТОРА КОЛЛАГЕНА ПРИ ОЦЕНКЕ АГРЕГАЦИОННОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ ТРОМБОЦИТОВ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ

The article is devoted to the study of platelet aggregation in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and to establish the role of genetic factors in the maintenance of increased aggregation activity of platelets in patients which take acetylsalicylic acid by detecting gene polymorphism using DNA extracted from whole blood of patients with the use of a set of "DNA-Express ("Litex",Russia). It was revealed the predominance of the T-allele of the collagen receptor ITGA2 in patients with increased spontaneous platelet aggregation. The study showed the predominance genotypes CT and TT among patients with increased platelet aggregation. Normal platelet aggregation detected mainly in patients with the CC genotype.
