The article aims to present the concept of the functions of the main spheres of human activity. The concept has been developed by the methodological school of Nizhny Novgorod. The concept created on the basis of the systemic-activity approach. Eight genera of activities presents twenty-six functions. Conducted a component analysis of these functions.
